Dr. Steve Johnson is a native of the Kansas City area. He attended Shawnee Mission South HS and recieved his bachelors degree from the University of Kansas. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. After graduation, he servered for three years as a Dental Officer with the US Army at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.
Dr. Johnson is an alumnus of the L.D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida and continues his education with more than 30 hours of lectures and coursework each year. He is a member of the Kansas Dental Association and the American Dental Association and has been in private practice for more than 20 years. He practices all phases of general dentistry but especially enjoys cosmetic dentistry and working with children.
Dr. Johnson and his wife Therese are the parents of five children. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, tennis, and any water sport. He and his staff would like to thank all of their patients for the generous referals of new patients.
